Salary:

Reporting to senior leadership and managing a small in-house team, you will own brand strategy, digital presence, and the pursuit process for proposal-driven work across commercial, multifamily, and institutional sectors. This hands-on leadership role blends high-level strategy (market positioning, thought leadership, market diversification) with tactical delivery (proposal management, CRM stewardship, collateral production, and client-facing communications). You'll collaborate closely with business development, estimating, and technical staff to win work, strengthen client relationships, and improve client experience across project lifecycles. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute unified marketing and brand strategy aligned with company goals and new market initiatives. Lead proposal development for RFPs/RFQs/prequalification packages and maintain content libraries and resumes. Oversee digital presence (website, social media, intranet) and manage CRM to support pipeline visibility. Drive thought leadership, PR/award submissions, and targeted conference/exhibit participation. Manage client feedback programs and implement improvements to the client experience. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team; manage budget and KPI tracking. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 8+ years progressive marketing experience, with 4 years in A/E/C or related construction industry preferred. Proven success leading proposal-based pursuits, ideally including public K-12 and higher-education proposals. Experience managing direct reports and small teams; strong coaching and project-management skills. Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills; attention to detail.
