Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering efforts to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals. Manage and mentor a growing preconstruction team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Partner closely with operations, business development, and executive leadership to create winning project strategies and proposals. Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and cost modeling to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to support repeat business and market growth.
