As we continue to grow our Renewables portfolio, we're looking for an Estimating Manager who brings strong estimating expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine commitment to developing people. In this role, you'll lead both projects and people, guiding renewable energy estimates from preconstruction through constructability while partnering closely with project teams. You'll oversee and mentor a team of 4-5 estimators, foster open and respectful dialogue with Project Executives and operations leaders, and ensure estimates reflect sound strategy, financial accountability, and real‑world execution. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys asking the right questions, respectfully challenging assumptions, and helping teams deliver successful projects together—while shaping meaningful infrastructure that supports a more sustainable future. The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,200 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring Four-year architecture, engineering, construction management or related degree required. A minimum of seven years of experience in the construction industry of which includes estimating and project delivery. At least five years of leadership experience required. Self‑starter mindset Strong understanding of the full EPC process Exposure to estimating, cost modeling, and financial accountability Experience working with estimating tools beyond Excel (WinEst experience preferred) Renewables experience strongly preferred Nice to Have Led or contributed to pursuits in the $5-$10M range Exposure to self‑perform work, labor rates, and subcontractor cost analysis Field experience (Field Engineer background welcome) or post‑award preconstruction exposure Ability to think with a field execution mindset and understand schedule and risk drivers Unsolicited Correspondence The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt‑approved agreement is in place.
