You're also: A confident communicator who enjoys working with people Organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts Motivated by hitting goals and building something bigger than yourself Experienced in sales, operations, or construction management Tech-savvy enough to handle scheduling, CRM systems, and basic reporting What You'll Do As the Sales Manager at Monty's, you'll keep the wheels turning and the phones ringing. You'll manage a team of handymen and subcontractors, drive local partnerships, and make sure the schedule stays full and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly team meetings and coach a crew of 2+ handymen and 15+ subcontractors Manage the schedule, dispatch, and workflow using our CRM Drive B2B outreach and sponsor realtor lunches to build referral networks Handle inbound leads and calls, providing quick and professional customer communication Recruit and manage subcontractors to keep up with demand Track team performance, job profitability, and overall KPIs Submit payroll and project reports to ownership Represent Monty's in the community with professionalism and integrity Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, management, or construction trades Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working both in the field and on a computer Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow with the company Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed
Preferred:
