About the Opportunity A top-tier, nationally recognized general contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects is seeking a Lead Superintendent to join their Chicago team. This is a field leadership role where you'll take full ownership of healthcare projects in the $30M•50M+ range, backed by a strong internal team, consistent project pipeline, and a company culture that prioritizes its people and long-term growth. This organization is known for its stability, repeat client base, and ability to retain top field leaders, offering a strong platform for career progression and leadership development.
