Network Construction Manager Location:
Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the execution and oversight of telecommunications/wireless construction projects. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless coordination of vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives, supporting industry-leading projects across public right-of-way and small cell infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Direct and influence construction decisions for field projects, actively participating in vendor selection and customer meetings. Oversee all aspects of project construction, including above and below-ground fiber installation, node construction, and utility make-ready activities. Provide on-site guidance to contractors, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and ensuring accurate project tracking and closeout documentation. Act as safety observer and quality assurance representative during site visits, ensuring adherence to safety programs and best practices.
Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless construction, with direct knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and familiarity with test equipment for RF Sweep, OTDR, Power Meter, and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing. Experience with vendor management, building small cell sites in the public right-of-way, and reviewing node and construction drawings. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed, with occasional out-of-state travel for team meetings.
