Job Description

Job Summary As an OSP Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for leading field operations and managing the full lifecycle of fiber optic construction projects, from planning to close-out. You'll oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring all work meets technical specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in the field, understands OSP construction methods (both aerial and underground), and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll coordinate closely with engineering, permitting, and logistics teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, especially when managing bilingual crews and interacting with clients or city officials. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OSP design, right-of-way processes, fiber installation, splicing, and restoration practices. This is a great opportunity to join a company on the rise, shape operational standards, and grow into a senior leadership role as our Texas market expands. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of OSP construction, including aerial, underground, and fiber installation projects. Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; report progress to leadership. Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular job site inspections. Review construction plans, permits, and as-builts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Serve as a bilingual liaison between field teams and management, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and utility providers. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in OSP construction management or a related telecom field. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Working knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction methods. Familiarity with OSHA and NESC safety standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. About Us We are a turn-key telecommunications construction and engineering consulting company specializing in broadband network designs, new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, fiber-to-the-premise initiatives, and project management services.
