We aren't looking for a desk warmer; we need a high-energy, bilingual Production Manager• to be the engine of our field operations. You'll be the bridge between our sales team, our crews, and our homeowners, ensuring every project is executed with precision.

The Split:

75% Field (Managing sites & repairs) | 25% Office (Logistics & JobNimbus)

The AKC Advantage Salary:

$60,000 (Based on experience).

Full-time (40-50 hours/week, M-S depending on production needs).

Production Leadership & Scheduling:

Oversee daily activities for roofing, siding, and gutters. You'll approve jobs, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage the master schedule to ensure we stay on track and on budget.

The Bilingual Bridge:

Act as the primary liaison between our Spanish-speaking crews, the sales team, and the homeowner. You ensure nothing is "lost in translation" on-site.

Technical Build-Out:

Support the sales team by reviewing scopes of work to ensure they are "buildable." You'll catch discrepancies early and ensure the crew has a clear roadmap before the first nail is driven.

Logistics & Material Mastery:

Take ownership of ordering materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries for every build day.

Quality Assurance & Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits to enforce OSHA safety regulations and city code requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall safety of every job site.

Hands-on Problem Solving:

Diagnose on-site issues and perform "bags-on" repairs (leak diagnostics, punch-lists, and warranty items) using hand and power tools to keep production moving.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce material waste, and optimize workflows for a seamless homeowner experience.

Data & Document Management:

Utilize JobNimbus to manage subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices, project photos, and detailed job notes.

Operational Ownership:

Handle all other duties assigned by management with a "do-what-it-takes" attitude, including responding to urgent issues outside normal hours when the job requires it.

What We're Looking For Bilingual Mastery:

Required. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is essential to bridge communication between crews and homeowners.

Roofing/Exterior Grit:

3-5 years of experience in roofing, siding, or gutters is preferred. You must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking sloped roofs.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in JobNimbus and general computer skills are required.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly and move safely over uneven terrain.

Ownership Mindset:

A "do-what-it-takes" attitude. You solve problems quickly and efficiently without being asked.

Clean Record:
