Job Description

Project Manager
  • Commercial Construction (Exterior Systems) Raymond, NH (Hybrid / Field-Based) $75,000
  • $95,000 + Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle The Role We're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership —someone who solves problems early, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving in the field.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You'll be the go-to person when issues come up, working closely with field crews, GCs, and internal teams to keep jobs on track. If you're organized, responsive, and take pride in getting things done right the first time, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Project Coordination Set up and manage projects from kickoff through closeout Review plans, scope, and site conditions early Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Field teams Work directly with GCs and subcontractors to clarify scope and pricing Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are ready before crews mobilize Communication & Accountability Serve as the main point of contact for field crews, GCs, and internal teams Communicate proactively to prevent delays Be available during early field hours when needed Take ownership of issues and solve them before they impact production Field Oversight & Quality Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and coordination Support crews by removing obstacles and keeping work flowing Ensure safety expectations are followed in coordination with our Safety Manager Maintain high standards for quality and project completion Documentation & Tracking Manage project documentation and job records Prepare and track Change Orders Review progress billing and assist with closeout and final billing Provide clear updates to leadership and clients What You Need Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Ability to manage multiple active jobs at once Strong communication and follow-through Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with exterior systems (metal panels, ACM, cladding, etc.) is a strong plus Who You Are You take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do You solve problems before they become bigger problems You communicate clearly and consistently You're comfortable dealing with real-world jobsite challenges You can balance multiple priorities without losing control About Facades, Inc.
