Project Manager | Land Development | Civil Engineering | PE LicensePosition OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the established budget and timeline. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate teams, communicate with clients, and ensure project compliance with local regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil engineering projects focusing on land development, grading, stormwater management and more.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
Prepare project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise project teams, providing direction and support to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform project design and planning.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and other legal requirements.
Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.8+ years of proven experience in land development project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Strong understanding of site design, grading, and zoning regulations.
Excellent client relations and communication skills.
Experience in mentoring junior staff and fostering team development.
Business development acumen and experience managing project profitability and budgets.
