The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all applicable regulations. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Must have years of experience in the building trades and experience in estimating projects wood be a plus. Duties Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Manage contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation. Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively. Oversee the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes. Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials necessary for project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across the project team. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in scope. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in construction management software Strong skills in project estimating, scheduling, contract negotiation, and management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
