RS ISL Manager Washington, MO 63090 Hybrid work From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time Residential Services Manager Full-Time | $23.00/hour + Benefits Franklin County, MO | Single Site Assignment Lead a Team. Build Stability. Make an Impact. ABiLITY is hiring a Residential Services Manager to lead one Independent Supported Living (ISL) home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership while staying connected to the day-to-day work. You'll oversee your own location, support your team, and ensure consistent, high-quality care. What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Oversee daily operations within your assigned residential home Ensure quality care, health, safety, and compliance Coordinate scheduling and maintain 24/7 coverage Assist with medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentation Step in to provide direct support when needed Schedule & Expectations Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Evening or weekend support as needed On-call rotation approximately every 4-5 weeks (with additional stipend) Assigned to one primary location Hybrid flexibility available for administrative tasks, when appropriate Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $23.00/hour On-call stipend provided Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel Paid holidays (administrative office closed) Full-time benefits (eligible after 60 days): Medical and voluntary benefits (Dental, Vision, Life, etc.) $25,000 employer-paid Life/AD&D 401(k) with employer match PTO accrual starting day one Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement & professional development What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of direct support experience Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Training & Certifications We provide paid training and support for required certifications: Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) CPR / First Aid / AED Crisis Prevention (CPI/NVCI) Relias DSP Training Program Why Join ABiLITY?
