This role serves as a principal decision maker and coordinates between all project stakeholders, internally and externally. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully manage multiple highly complex projects from sales booking to project closeout Develop and maintain project plan in accordance with project requirements and customer expectations Provide strategic direction to project team to ensure successful completion of project plan Coordinate with project team to determine potential value engineering opportunities Generate detailed bid packages for vendors and award subcontracts to qualified vendor Develop and deliver project progress reports Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project teams, vendors and subcontractors Seek opportunities to increase project value through relationships with external project team Proactively identify and manage potential project risk Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, including winning additional/future work Oversee daily project management functions Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field 7+ years of experience in construction or related industry Strong understanding of manufacturing and construction processes Knowledge of general business practice, building codes, and engineering principles Ability to travel up to 25% within North America

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Lean manufacturing experience
