Job Description The Sr. Project Manager - water and wastewater construction will: Oversee and manage water and wastewater construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns. Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and documentation. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance and project success. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Construction should have: A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing water and wastewater construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A commitment to safety and quality assurance practices.
