Job Description
Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on site construction activities for K-12 ground up and campus addition projects in the Houston area. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and experience working in active or occupied school environments while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on site construction operations for K-12 ground up and addition projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and school district representatives Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and cleanliness Manage work in active or occupied campus environments when required Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for field execution Track daily progress and resolve field issues proactively Work closely with project managers to meet budget and schedule goalsRequirements:
7 or more years of superintendent experience in commercial or institutional construction Proven experience delivering K-12 ground up and addition projects Strong understanding of phased construction and occupied site logistics Knowledge of structural, MEP, and site work coordination Ability to lead multiple trades and subcontractors effectively Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Familiarity with Houston area building practices and inspections preferredWhat We Offer:
