Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on site construction activities for K-12 ground up and campus addition projects in the Houston area. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and experience working in active or occupied school environments while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on site construction operations for K-12 ground up and addition projectsCoordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and school district representativesMaintain project schedules and drive milestone completionEnforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and cleanlinessManage work in active or occupied campus environments when requiredReview drawings, specifications, and construction documents for field executionTrack daily progress and resolve field issues proactivelyWork closely with project managers to meet budget and schedule goals

Requirements:

7 or more years of superintendent experience in commercial or institutional constructionProven experience delivering K-12 ground up and addition projectsStrong understanding of phased construction and occupied site logisticsKnowledge of structural, MEP, and site work coordinationAbility to lead multiple trades and subcontractors effectivelyStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with Houston area building practices and inspections preferred
