Job Description

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will champion efforts to promote Pella ofWYIDAHO'S
mission of E3: Deliver Extra-Ordinary Experiences for Everyone in all aspects of the business and align with Pella of WYIDAHO's company values of First Responder, True Grit, Relentless Improvement, and One Pella. This role is responsible for providing installation expertise and training to ensure a positive customer experience through all channels of installation. In coordination with the Fulfillment Manager, this position will help develop and maintain all processes for the Trade/Replacement installation program. You will verify the accuracy of replacement windows and doors in existing homes based on opening size, product function, and building layout. This will also include a breakdown of materials needed to reinstall units to code while matching the existing structure. You will be responsible for completing pre-site and post quality visits to new construction homes to verify job site readiness, proper opening sizes, and to ensure quality installations by Pella sub-contractors. This role will aid in the development of specific roles and processes to bring to fruition the vision of a successful installation programs with room for large volume growth. It will provide consultative directions to Sales and Installation teams, which includes setting clear expectations with customers and installers to minimize installation liabilities. Additionally, this position will serve as a resource for installers including general contractors and will audit installation work for quality. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Interview, recruit, and train subcontractors as installation volume grows. Utilize digital documentation, digital signatures, and SalesForce CRM to ensure proper installations are delivered that meet customer expectations. Responsible for conducting order verification of product, openings, and installation applications, as well as post installation inspections. Responsible for the learning and development of product order verification (for replacement), job site readiness, and installation for retail home replacement, focusing on topics such as installation applications, product offering, sales, systems, building codes, and safety. Develops and participates in the onboarding and ongoing skills training programs for Installers, including the ability to fill/train for future growth, job site verification, and a broad range of installation applications. Drives installation process improvements in the formulation of recovery plans. Provide training as needed for Sales Consultants, Installation Teams, and other Pella employees. Conducts frequent job site visits to evaluate adherence to installation methods and manufacturing guidelines. Provides feedback to the Sales Managers, as needed. Mediates escalated customer installation concerns. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with customers, installers, and sales staff in such a way as to reduce confusion, increase understanding, and resolve disagreements. Works with Project Coordinator teams to ensure time-effective scheduling of installation teams. • Identifies and implements equipment to support the safety and cost-effectiveness of installations. Education and/or Experience Mandatory 2+ years of experience in the home construction industry. Experience with Pella or related products, installation applications, and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Language and Communication Skills Exceptional English communication skills are required, along with strong instructional, customer service, and mathematical abilities. Candidates must excel at problem-solving, data analysis, and clear communication. Physical Demands Employees must be able to sit, use their hands and arms, and communicate effectively. They may also need to stand, walk, stoop, and lift 50 pounds or more. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. Must be able and willing to conduct tasks on a ladder up to three stories. Travel Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain compliance with the company's Fleet Safety Policy. Must be able to travel to job sites, customer/contractor locations, and required company functions at various locations. Up to 50% travel locally.
