Key Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Track procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle Monitor quality, safety, and schedule performance Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management Experience managing vertical building projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Ideal Candidate You're someone who wants more than just a title.
