Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout Manage site safety, quality control, schedule, and subcontractor performance Coordinate all trades to maintain production and sequencing Conduct daily site meetings and communicate priorities clearly Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and company standards Partner with Project Managers on schedules, procurement, and problem-solving Maintain daily reports, look-aheads, and site documentation Drive punch list completion and successful turnover Qualifications 5-10 years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction Experience overseeing vertical building, renovation, or fit-out projects Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving ability OSHA certification preferred Ideal Candidate You run clean, efficient jobs.
