This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with various teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to drive projects forward efficiently and safely. Duties Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. Monitor safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Construction management tools to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation. Oversee project scheduling using Microsoft Project or similar tools to ensure timely completion of phases and milestones. Conduct quality control inspections using tools like Procore and ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with estimators using estimating software. Lead supervising teams on-site, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity levels. Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in design build or infrastructure projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading. Supervisory experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination among stakeholders at all levels. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required; ongoing commitment to safety best practices is essential.
