Offshore Renewable Energy USA Nationals WelcomedRole Overview BGB Group is seeking an experienced Jack-Up Coordinator to support a major offshore wind project operating in U.S. waters. Working onboard a Jack-Up Installation Vessel, you will play a critical role in coordinating daily offshore activities, managing personnel movements, supporting project delivery, and ensuring safe and efficient operations throughout the installation campaign. The successful candidate will act as the primary coordination point between vessel management, client representatives, offshore teams, subcontractors, and onshore support functions. Key Duties Include Coordinate day-to-day offshore operations onboard the Jack-Up Vessel Liaise with Vessel Management, Client Representatives, Project Management and Offshore Supervisors Support planning and execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance and construction activities Manage Personnel on Board (POB) records and personnel movements Coordinate contractor schedules and offshore work scopes Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with project procedures and HSE requirements Facilitate daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks and shift handovers Track permits, certifications, work packs and operational documentation Assist with logistics planning, vessel transfers and offshore resource allocation Maintain accurate reporting and communication with onshore project teams Support emergency response procedures and incident reporting when required Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all client and regulatory requirements Requirements & QualificationsEssential Experience Previous experience as a Jack-Up Coordinator, SOV Coordinator, Offshore Coordinator, Vessel Coordinator, Marine Coordinator, Offshore Planner or similar offshore operational role Experience within offshore wind, offshore construction, marine operations or energy sectors Strong understanding of offshore installation, vessel operations and personnel logistics Experience coordinating offshore personnel, subcontractors and work scopes Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced offshore environment Experience using offshore management systems, POB tracking systems and project reporting tools would be advantageous Required Certifications GWO Basic Safety Training (BST): Working at Heights Sea Survival First Aid Fire Awareness Manual Handling
