  • Public & Academic should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience (lead-level preferred) Proven background in academic, public, or municipal projects-RI highly preferred Strong understanding of the Rhode Island construction market Solid relationships and track record working with RI subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers Ability to manage fast-paced renovation schedules, school shutdown windows, and occupied environments Highly organized, strong communicator, and excellent field leadership skills What's on Offer $100,000•$150,000 base salary, depending on experience Above‑market benefits package and long-term stability Opportunity to lead a marquee $50M K‑12 project Strong internal culture, low turnover, and long-term career growth Work with a respected RI builder known for high-quality project delivery Consistent pipeline of both ground‑up and renovation work
