Senior Construction Project Manager Commercial GC | Columbia, SC Looking to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout - with an in-house design team beside you instead of a wall between you? I'm working with an award-winning design-build GC that's been a fixture in the Columbia market for 20+ years. The pipeline is filled with repeat clients and steady/confirmed through 2028 - and as a Senior PM, you're in the project from day one, not just handed a set of plans. Why PMs are drawn to this
