Job Description:

Lead / Senior Superintendent - Columbia, SC A leading construction firm with a strong pipeline across South Carolina is seeking a Lead / Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects in the Columbia and surrounding markets. This is a key leadership role for someone experienced in running $50M+ projects and managing multiple superintendents on fast-paced builds. The Role Lead all field operations on large, complex construction projects Manage and mentor a team of superintendents and field staff Drive schedule, sequencing, and site logistics from precon through delivery Coordinate all trades and ensure alignment with scope, quality, and deadlines Maintain strict safety and quality standards across the jobsite Work closely with project leadership, clients, and inspectors What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in commercial construction Proven track record running large projects ($50M+) Experience leading multiple supers/field teams Strong background in complex builds (multifamily, mixed-use, podium, etc.) Solid scheduling and coordination skills (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) OSHA certified What's On Offer $130K+ base (flexible for the right person) Bonus Company truck + gas Strong health benefits (family coverage included) 401(k) with generous match 15-20 days PTO + sick leave Long-term pipeline of major projects Why This Role Step into a true lead role running major builds Strong backlog = long-term stability Clear opportunity to shape teams and mentor junior talent High-visibility projects with real impact
