This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with project teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and construction management software. Your energetic approach will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of electrical systems. Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety standards across the construction site through regular inspections and safety meetings. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify installation accuracy; utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs related to labor, materials, and equipment; assist in construction estimating and contract administration. Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client expectations; address any issues promptly. Skills Proven management experience in electrical or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on supervision and team leadership. Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes. Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Skilled in managing contracts, procurement processes, and subcontractor relationships effectively. Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments such as ohmmeters; familiarity with pipeline installation is a plus. Strong communication skills for clear coordination across teams; ability to supervise diverse crews effectively.
