This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge. This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
Job Duties:
Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility. Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed. Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. Motivate others to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.). Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible. Keep daily job journal detailing actual events. Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
