Duties and Responsibilities Reviewing project documents Overseeing and managing crews and subcontractors Ordering and scheduling materials Creating daily reports (safety, labor, material usage, general contractor reports) Inventory counts/weekly material transfers Communicating with crews and General Contractors Quantity takeoffs Jobsite walks before mobilizations as needed Tracking training/safety records Creation of project close-out documents Inputting data (labor tracker, material tracker, etc.) Ability to read and understand the scheduling calendar and add to the calendar as needed Review and approve time reported and travel pay Create material logs for the scope of work Create pour sheets as needed Follow-up on material, contact, and in the field. Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications 1+ years in the construction industry Familiar with multi-family construction Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling. Computer skills Mathematical skills Practical written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s) and customer location(s). Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving. Ability to pass drug screening. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
