About the Company An established general contractor with a long track record across a broad range of commercial and multifamily markets, where your leadership directly shapes project success and team performance. Job Description The Lead Superintendent manages multifamily construction from start to finish - owning day-to-day field operations and driving timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality. Select Responsibilities Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient sequencing Develop and drive project timelines and key milestones Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors in a safe, productive environment Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings and inspections Perform regular quality-control inspections to meet project specs and standards Monitor budget and expenditures with the PM; serve as on-site point of contact for clients, subs, and suppliers Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience as a lead superintendent focused on ground up multifamily projects Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred) What's on Offer Competitive base plus annual performance bonus Full health, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match PTO, paid holidays, and paid medical leave Tuition reimbursement and a professional development stipend Wellness support (plus perks like pet insurance)
