About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead and oversee the execution of automation projects directly on-site. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and commissioning of systems, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site activities related to the implementation of automation systems, including electrical systems, PLCs, robots, and joining technologies. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. Supervise the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, programming, and maintenance teams, to resolve on-site challenges. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields).
Experience:
Proven experience in managing on-site operations for automation or industrial projects. Strong background in integrating electrical systems, PLCs, and robotics. Knowledge of joining technologies (e.g., resistance welding, MIG/MAG, laser, adhesive applications).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting and commissioning automation systems. Familiarity with customer standards such as BMW, Magna, GM.
Leadership Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to lead on-site teams effectively.
Language Skills:
Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for international collaboration.
Availability:
Must be willing to travel extensively or relocate for project assignments.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
