Our company is currently seeking a Site Development Construction Project Manager to support projects in the Columbia/Lexington areas. The Site Development Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of site development projects from concept through completion. This role ensures that land development, infrastructure, and construction activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of civil engineering, permitting, and construction processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reading and interpreting civil engineering plans for site development. Effectively communicate and work closely with the foreman and superintendents, as well as municipality employees and other project managers and customers. Assisting field foreman with ordering materials, maintaining good working relationships with customers and inspectors, approving invoicing for time and materials, and setting up and attending inspections on job sites. Managing multiple jobs, including coordinating with project owners and engineers. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential development projects Understanding of environmental assessments and stormwater management. 3-7+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction project management. Proficiency with project management tools and civil engineering software (e.g., Auto

CAD, GIS, MS
