We are seeking an experience and dependable Site Development Foreman to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating field crews performing fine grading and site development work. The ideal candidate has a strong background in earthwork, grading, and equipment operation, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and lead site crew on various construction and development sites. Perform and oversee fine grading for building pads, roadways, and other site areas. Experience in laying Storm, Sewer and Water. Ensure proper elevations, slopes, and tolerances using GPS, and/or laser equipment. Coordinate daily work activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules. Operate grading and earthmoving equipment as needed to support crew operations. Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members. Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure tools and materials are properly used and cared for. Plan daily tasks, allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production targets. Ensure safety compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce company safety policies. Inspect trenches, bedding, pipe placement, and backfill for quality and compliance. Monitor crew performance, provide training, and maintain high productivity. Track quantities, materials, and daily progress for reporting and documentation. Identify and troubleshoot problems related to grade, alignment, utilities, or site conditions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in site development, grading and earthwork construction Prior experience as a foreman in fine grading preferred Strong understanding of grading plans, blueprints, and construction layouts Skilled in GPS grading systems Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
