Residential Superintendent - Custom Homes 📍 Lexington, SC A growing residential builder is actively seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in building quality custom homes and enjoys working for a company that values organization, reliability, honesty, and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on residential construction experience and be comfortable managing projects from start to finish while maintaining strong communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day residential construction operations from ground-up through completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and jobsite activity Maintain quality control, production schedules, and safety standards Coordinate with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams throughout the construction process Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with company expectations Utilize scheduling and project management software to track progress and communication

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Superintendent Residential construction background required — commercial-only experience will not be considered Custom home building experience strongly preferred Organized and detail-oriented with strong scheduling and coordination skills Experience with Buildertrend preferred Reliable, honest, and professional with strong communication skills Stable work history required

Compensation:

Salary range: $55,000 - $100,000+ depending on experience This is a great opportunity to join a company looking for long-term team members who value craftsmanship, accountability, and strong client relationships.
