This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, execution, safety leadership, and contractor management. Key Responsibilities Manage site construction and facility improvement projects. Serve as the primary interface with client and landlord stakeholders through communication and scheduled progress meetings. Develop project scopes, schedules, estimates, bid packages, and execution plans for capital projects annually. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to plan shutdowns and minimize operational disruption. When required, engage contractors for bid walkdowns, evaluate proposals, and support contractor selection. Provide on-site leadership for construction execution, directing self-perform craft labor and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Client Standards. Manage procurement of materials, equipment rentals, long-lead items, and project logistics. Support design reviews and provide constructability input across piping, electrical, structural, civil, and architectural disciplines. Ensure accurate documentation including red-lined drawings, as-builts, permits, and change records. Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise craft personnel. Oversee administrative processes such as payroll approvals, invoicing, and expense tracking. Support facility maintenance operations and act in backup leadership roles as required. Qualifications Construction Management, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in industrial construction, capital project execution, or facility services. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with project scheduling, cost tracking, and construction documentation.
