Reim Construction LLC About the Role Reim Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent / Project Engineer to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in the field while gaining experience in both project management and field operations . You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and built to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily construction site operations Support project scheduling and milestone tracking using Procore Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members Conduct site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Maintain project documentation including: Daily reports RFIs Submittals Change orders Help resolve field issues and keep work moving efficiently Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction (Preferred) Familiarity with construction processes and sequencing Experience with Procore or similar construction management software (Preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Willingness to be in the field and learn What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and stays organized Strong work ethic and willingness to grow Problem solver who can think on their feet Team player who communicates well with subs and clients
