What you will be doing:

Take ownership of and positively impact the customer experience while working directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team Provide training and mentorship for new Construction Management employees Direct interaction with and management of sub-contractors to ensure build phase completion Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build of each home Provide customers with an exceptional experience Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope Qualified applicants have: 3+ years of professional construction project management experience Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred Strong time management & organizational skills Current Driver's License Customer relations experience a plus
