Residential Assistant Superintendent We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. This position supports the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations at residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Monitor construction progress and help maintain project schedules. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site. Assist with material deliveries, inventory management, and site logistics. Document daily activities, report project updates, and communicate effectively with the project team. Support punch list completion and homeowner walkthroughs as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in residential construction preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
