Job Description

Custom Home Superintendent gpac is partnered with respected residential construction company that specializes in building high-end custom homes that exceed $1M in value. They pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Home Superintendent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Work both in the field and the office to plan, execute, and oversee projects. Supervise subcontractors and trades to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom home construction. Proven track record of managing $1M+ custom home projects. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency with construction management software. Ability to work in both field and office settings.
