Job Description
Lead field execution across Hydro West projects with a focus on resource coordination , site oversight , and project readiness . Ideal for a seasoned construction leader who thrives in the field and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate Field Resources — Oversee IM coverage, lead weekly planning, support staffing needs, and step in during emergent gaps. Provide Field Oversight — Conduct site visits, ensure safety & quality, document weekly observations, and support high‑risk activities. Support Project Planning — Join scoping walkdowns, review drawings/specs, and participate in readiness reviews. What You Bring 15+ years in construction, utilities, or industrial environments Strong leadership and field‑coordination skills Deep understanding of safety and regulatory standards Ability to travel throughout the Hydro West territory Why This Role You'll be the connective force between planning and execution—keeping teams aligned, projects safe, and work moving forward.
