Requirements Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving Must have at least a year of experience is leadership/ managing a crew of people What you'll do Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move. Physical Labor

• moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.

Verify inventory accuracy and note ant changes for billing adjustments. Communicate directly with the customer on-site. Document job progress in real-time via company software.

Expectations:

Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch. Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager. Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure. Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times. Preferred qualifications Ability to lead a team. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to take control. Good communication skills. Experience in leadership. Physical labor experience required. • 9am-1pm every week. These interviews are not scheduled which means you can just show up between those times and let us know you're here for an open interview! Located at 1102 Old Stage Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681. The GPS can be a bit misleading so make sure to look for our big blue trucks in the lot!
