You will act as the fabrication company's representative , helping resolve field issues, coordinate deliveries and protect the business from delays or avoidable problems. Company A growing structural steel fabrication group is expanding its field team due to a strong national project pipeline. The business supports large scale commercial, industrial , data centre and heavy steel projects across the US . This is a practical, site based role suited to someone who understands steel erection but wants less direct crew management pressure. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned project sites across the US Attend site meetings and represent the fabrication team Coordinate with third party erectors, general contractor's and project teams Manage steel delivery flow , truck coordination and sequencing Investigate field issues and help agree practical fixes Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in structural steel erection or field steel work Strong understanding of steel installation and site coordination Able to read drawings and identify field issues Comfortable with regular national travel and time away from home Strong communication skills with erectors, general contractor's and internal teams
