The Opportunity This is a hands-on Superintendent role responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll play a key role from project kickoff through to completion, working closely with Project Managers and clients. In addition to a base salary, this role offers strong earning potential through a bonus structure tied to project profitability. Superintendents receive a percentage of the profit on the projects they run, with additional upside for beating original margins creating a real opportunity to significantly increase overall earnings.
