Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards . You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution. What You'll Do Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Monitor costs, change orders, and ensure projects stay within budget Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day project progress Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track What You Bring 3-7+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project phases Proficiency in tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Why Join EAS Environmental Competitive salary: $75,000 - $100,000 Opportunity to work on impactful environmental and construction projects High-ownership role with direct impact on project success Growth path into senior project or operations leadership roles Collaborative, fast-paced team environment and help drive environmental solutions across South Carolina.
