Job Description

job summary: A Construction Project Manager is needed to act as an owner's representative in the Spartanburg, SC area. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for gathering internal design requirements and serves as the primary interface with the general contractor and architectural design firms. Ultimately, you will ensure all projects are delivered strictly on time, to specification, and with complete, auditable records. Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience managing new construction or facility build projects, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. This role requires a proven track record interfacing with general contractors, managing project documents, and analyzing construction drawings. Additionally, cross-functional communication and advanced schedule management skills-including critical-path tracking with MS Project or Primavera-are required. This is a contract role slated to last 12 months. Our client may consider a per diem for qualified regional candidates.
