You will take full ownership of high-stakes projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the primary driver of project profitability and schedule adherence. This role is designed for a leader who understands that meticulous attention to detail and rigorous follow-through are the foundations of successful construction management. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Lead construction projects from kickoff to completion by maintaining total accountability for budgets, schedules, and execution plans. Monitor project cash flow and financial forecasting to ensure every build aligns with the company's fiscal health and project goals. Oversee the full lifecycle of RFIs, submittals, and change orders to prevent scope creep and ensure technical accuracy. Manage subcontractors and internal divisions to ensure all teams are aligned with Sentry's process-oriented delivery standards. Facilitate clear communication between clients, field teams, and stakeholders to proactively resolve issues before they impact the timeline. Partner with Superintendents to verify that field execution matches architectural intent and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and comprehensive cost control. Proven ability to hold yourself and external partners accountable for deadlines and quality standards. Deep knowledge of how project management decisions directly impact company cash flow and financial stability. Field experience or a very strong technical understanding of on-site construction requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 to 8+ years of experience specifically in construction project management. Demonstrated success managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software platforms. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
