Job Description Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, maintaining smooth workflow sequencing. Lead on‑site crews, provide guidance, and ensure clear communication among internal and external stakeholders. Conduct inspections, enforce quality control standards, and quickly address any construction issues. Maintain strict safety compliance, run regular safety meetings, and monitor for site hazards. Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate updates to project managers and clients. Manage documentation including daily reports, logs, inspections, and compliance records. Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and client turnover. The Successful Applicant 5-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent within commercial construction. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and complex site logistics. Expertise in safety management and quality control practices. Experience with scheduling, sequencing, and managing fast-paced construction environments. Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions on site. Strong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and internal teams. Proficiency with construction management software (experience with Procore preferred).
