What You'll Do Deliver engaging classroom instruction to student drivers Provide hands-on, behind-the-wheel training Foster a positive, supportive, and safety-focused learning environment Serve as a mentor and role model for young drivers Manager Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Maryville/Aloca location Supervise, support, and schedule instructors and staff Ensure all training programs meet state regulations and company standards Handle customer inquiries, student concerns, and conflict resolution professionally Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning enviornment Support business growth through community outreach and relationship building What We're Looking For Outgoing, enthusiastic personality Strong leadership and team management skills Organized, dependable, and detail oriented Comfortable speaking in front of groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Teaching or instructor experience is a plus (but not required) Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Willingness to complete training and certification (we provide training for the right candidate) What We Offer Salaried position (based on experience) Full-time (Some Evenings and Weekends) Medical benefits Earned Time Off (ETO) Supportive team environment Paid training for qualified candidates If you're ready to lead a team, build confidence, promote safety, and make a lasting difference in your community, apply today.
