The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction expertise, a great work ethic, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves managing employees, subcontractors, selection accuracy, and quality standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to client specifications, while supervising construction teams and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Monitor safety compliance on-site in accordance with OSHA regulations; enforce safety protocols among all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly. Supervise subcontractors and construction crews; provide guidance and resolve on-site conflicts or challenges. Requirements Driven work ethic and an eagerness to learn and improve. Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams effectively. Any Spanish skills are a plus.
