Job Description

Seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our construction team as either an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, depending on experience. This position offers a clear growth path for emerging leaders while providing experienced professionals the opportunity to manage residential construction projects independently. The Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential construction activities, coordinating trade partners and vendors, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the homebuilding process. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. Assistant Project Managers will work closely with Senior Project Managers to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for advancement into a Project Manager role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Assistant Project Manager Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Leadership potential and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction or management experience preferred but not required. Strong desire to learn and grow within the residential construction industry. Project Manager Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects. Proven leadership and decision-making skills. Strong time management, organizational, and budgeting abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, trade partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule commitments. Preferred Skills & Competencies Knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and safety standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
