Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our management team. In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution of construction or maintenance projects from inception to completion. Your proactive approach will help coordinate resources, monitor schedules, and facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, ultimately driving project success. This is a very hands on position. The desired candidate is not afraid to get dirty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in process management within a fast-paced industrial environment. This position can evolve into a wide variety of positions. Pay will vary based on skill level. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and construction management to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, department heads and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately. Support construction or maintenance estimating processes by preparing cost analyses and resource requirements. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines. Track project progress through regular updates, reports, and documentation; identify potential delays or issues early. Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools to streamline operations and reporting. Will require hands on testing and verification. Could be dirty work at times. Experience Proven experience in construction, maintenance site coordination or project management within the industrial scope of our business. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration. Hands-on experience with project scheduling software including Primavera P6 and other construction management platforms. Familiarity with civil engineering drawings and site plans using Civil 3D or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Prior work experience involving construction site activities or field supervision is highly desirable. Knowledge of heavy civil projects or infrastructure development is a plus.
