S. Haren Company is seeking experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendents to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry and be willing to travel for project assignments. About Us J. S. Haren Company specializes in the construction and renovation of: Water Treatment Plants Wastewater Treatment Plants Pump Stations Treatment Plant Upgrades and Renovations Other related heavy civil and utility infrastructure projects Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities and field personnel Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules Maintain a safe and organized jobsite Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, owners, and field crews Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining production goals Identify and help resolve field issues as they arise Enforce company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of superintendent experience in water/wastewater construction Strong understanding of treatment plant and pump station construction Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Willingness to travel as required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance and benefits package Opportunities for advancement Long-term career opportunities with a growing company Please submit resumes for consideration.
